The following items are NON-cancellable and NON-refundable.
Please double check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable, before purchasing to avoid disappointment. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges once the goods are inspected and in satisfactory condition. We aim to process all returns within 1 week.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for any items returned to us damaged.
All returns must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. All items will be inspected on return.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility unless the items is defective or you have received an incorrect item, where by we will make an arrangement when you notify us of this problem.
