Coconut fiber and non-slip base.
-
Coconut fibers are attached to the base with glue, due to this, not all fibers are equally attached and at the beginning of their use it is completely normal for some fibers to come off.
-
The paint on the doormats remains intact over time. There may be discoloration for various reasons such as the continuous use of it or exposure to the sun or rain, so, if you want to keep it in perfect condition, you must avoid exposure to these elements.

To clean use a brush, do not use water or put it in the washing machine.
Each doormat is made with the shell of about 25 coconuts. First, the shells are "seasoned" in the lagoons of the coast where they are collected and then beaten by hand to extract the fiber. The doormats are painted and colored by hand one by one using different templates. Subsequently, a traditional outdoor sun drying technique is used to fix the paint on the surface of the doormat. Finally, the non-slip base is added which keeps the doormat firmly in place and reduces the risk of slipping.
