• Using fragrances other than those of Maison Berger can seriously damage your burner.

Ordering & Returns: 

Cancellation of orders may be made within 3 working days of your original order and will not be accepted after that time. Customised and Made to Order (MTO) items ordered cannot be cancelled. Any issue with your goods must be notified to staff at Objekt within 2 days of delivery.  Objekt can repair or replace any item that proves to be defective. Objekt will not accept any damages reported after this time.

Shipping:

We aim to deliver your order as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the items you are ordering and are automatically assigned at checkout.

• Regular Post: Smaller items, not requiring specialised handling, will be delivered by regular post. These items normally take two (2) working days, depending on An Post services and out of our control. Under 10kg & suitable for posting €7.50.
• Courier: Larger, delicate or heavier items suitable are sent by Fastway Couriers from €17 per box.
• Van delivery: Large and or delicate items that need assembly/specialised handling by an Objekt representative , these charges vary depending on the item, number of delivery personnal required and location of delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

At Objekt, we care about reducing waste. Because we receive a lot of packaging through our furniture deliveries, we do our part for the environment by repurposing these materials to safely pack and protect your online orders
